Abstract

The organizational universe has been passing through an intern restructuring process, responding themselves toward the worldwide established liberal consensus for governments’ conduction of their economies, in the late XX, including in Brazil, where it culminated in the public services firms’ privatization. By extending the liberal logics into the privatized firms, its new controllers, has been transforming its governances structures, since then, centered on the manager’s experience and leadership, into work relations, more approachable to market relations, a fertile soil for the Corporate Governance, the iceberg head, abroad a wider firm conducting approach, that has being called Financialization. It is in this new institutional environment, colonized by the liquidness’ imperative, that this work whishes to identify a potential conflict between managers and the new owners of a privatized electric sector firm.
