Abstract

This study presents a comparison between the formalization of the evaluation of 360-degree performance and the real operation of this tool in the companies. In order to do that, the used methodology was the bibliographic review about the theme and an interview carried out with the company manager who says that he applies this method of evaluation, which allowed the visualization of the existing deviation. It was found some results that have shown the application in which carries out only partially the routine foreseen in the formalization of the evaluation of 360-degree performance
